Vendor Manager Customer Service - **Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:- mange external vendor relations within Customer Service department- perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors and internal stakeholders- ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance- troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required- identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions- collaborate with IT to assure vendor partners are effectively managed with existing tools and contracts are completely leveraged- accompany processes for managing, analysing, selecting and transitioning of vendors- monitor all contractual agreements- stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency- support expansion of services across new business lines- conduct weekly, monthly as well as quarterly business reviews with vendors**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:- at least 3 years of experience in vendor services or a customer service role (e. G. vendor manager, team manager or project manager)- excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills- great presentation skills- proficient with Microsoft Office- must be able to work independently- natural ease of working with numeric data and concluding out of it- Fluent in English as well as Brazilian Portuguese; every other language isa plus- demonstrated ability to identify KPI opportunities, develop and implement action plans to improve performance- Working experience with tools such as PowerBI, Omnichannel Contact Center Software, Forecasting / Workforce Management solutions- ability to deal with ambiguity and constant change- ability to travel abroad 4-6 times a year**Our Perks - More than just a job**:- You have an impact.
