Skills: Fluent in English Communication is a must, other language is an advantage, Active listener, Good Customer Service, Knowledge in Beverages is mandatory

Work Location: Oman
Working Hours: 10 hours

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Providing high-quality customer service to guest
- Managing daily operations, developing menus - Overseeing Staff training
- Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.
- Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
- Organizing duty roster of service staff
- Maintaining quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
