SERVICE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Service Account Executive - Be the single point of contact and the voice of the customer, ensuring operational excellence in service delivery execution and to assure customer objectives and business, innovation and operational outcomes are achieved. In this role you''ll:Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area. ?Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information. ?Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager. Lead the customer interaction on all service-related issues and orchestrate actions within Amadeus to ensure they are addressed with speed and efficiency. Overseas holistically the incidents for respective customer and drives improvement in collaboration with customer and Regional Delivery. Participate in customer service review meetings and present operational status. Complement Service Transition with customer specific knowledge. Act asthe voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal teams on how to better serve our customers. Manage customer escalations. End to End understanding of customer landscape and solutions. Understand customer business strategy.
