About the role:Develop the Sales Strategy in Modern Trade, Cash & Carry and On the Go customers aligend with Trade Marketing drivers and in compliance with Sales Service Process based on:Commercial Policy, Promo Calendar and Ferrero Quality process. To manage the business relationships with the assigned clients in the Modern Trade Channel organizations, in order to negotiate and sign contracts and to develop sales. This position is accountable for managing National and key regional customers as well as the Merchandising team which together will execute the defined strategies (targets, programs, commercial initiative and promotional policies) for the assigned clients and territories. Main Responsibilities:Sales Strategy:Develop the channel long term strategy based on RTM, Commercial policy, execution programs and Sales Structure. Sales Objective:Define the commercial targets to:GKA, regionals, C&C and Lasa, through plan (budget, SAF1 and SAF2); KA Management:Manages the Key Account structure providing all information regarding the activities defined centrally and integrating their actions. Supports the Key Account in the solution of problems with assigned clients. Provides input for local development activities and monitors the alignment with country strategies of clients/brand initiatives. Activities planning and control:Identifies the growth drivers for the future for the assigned clients, suggesting:- business priorities by category/store format- specific actions to meet sales targets- opportunities in the whole clients management (logistic efficiency, credit management, etc. ). Develops a client plan combining the country commercial policy with specific client to drive growth. Monitors clients performance, highlighting the main gaps and causes. Designs and implements solutions to specific performance issue (new initiatives, additional events, pricing, profit-mix). Manages assigned clients credits, working with the Finance function and client to solve critical issues. Who we are looking for:Process Oriented professional, who is able to challenge clients and transform the way business is done for a win-win situationStrong analytical skills, with experience in support departments (Trade Marketing, Sales Service, Business Inteligence, S&OP, Finance, etc. )Experience in managing and developping large teams (ideally teams who have at least two layers of reports)Strategy capabilities, with experience in managing international stakeholders and designing strategical or transformational plansIngls and Portuguese advanced; Graduation completed.
