Customer Success Manager - The Account Manager role at Billor is for a data-driven person who is passionate about customer service. The Account Manager is responsible for helping our truck drivers achieve their goals while following all safety and compliance requirements. Responsibilities:Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, meeting the needs of different driver profiles, using data throughout the process. Negotiate the best rates with Freight Brokers, seeking competitive rates per mile and total freight. Monitor the activities of drivers, ensuring the best use of service hours per driver. Balance home time requests made by drivers with the operational needs for billing, both from the driver and the company. Communicate with drivers daily to optimize productivity and reduce driver turnover. Track all cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve any issues until delivery. Perform administrative tasks by completing appropriate documentation, monitoring driver progress, and ensuring required documentation is attached for cargo billing. Update information about the load from pickup to delivery in the Billor platform. Create and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers. Monitor the status of your fleet throughout the day, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated. Monitor fleet and revenue performance indicators. Plan revenue goals and weekly strategy with customers (drivers). Requirements:Fluent in English and Portuguese. High negotiation skills. Passionate about customer service. Communicate assertively with a focus on solving problems. Be resilient and persistent, capable of dealing with different profiles. Commercial skills and ability to work with aggressive goals. Previous experience as an account manager. Proactivity and focus on results. Attention:This position will be based in Joinville, SC - Brazil. #J-18808-Ljbffr
