Main Responsabilities Analysis of the portfolio (alignment with sales/support for strategy/analysis of cuts/anticipations/postponements/cash flow adjustments); Analysis and optimization of KPIs (On Time / Case Fill / Order Profile); Freight support (action on more complex problems); Sales support (structured analysis); Participating in projects in search of mutual growth and continuous evolution (Customer / Industry).
Obtaining information from customers on product priorities and needs, in order to guide shipment scheduling; Negotiating with customers in cases of late delivery, in order to maintain the best company/customer relationship; Weekly execution (stock quality - Rupture / Imminent / Excess / Obsolete); Collaborative forecasting; Inventory analysis and closing; Contesting logistics fines.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
