Analytical Lead, Retail, Large Customer Sales - Experience in the retail, e-commerce or technology industries. Experience working with Python or R. Experience working with Google Analytics. Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders. Ability to address clients needs and challenges. DescriptionYou will provide project management skills, analytical expertise, and businessjudgment to support strategic and tactical activities. Using data analysis andstatistical methods, you will mine through data to identify opportunities forGoogle and our clients to operate more efficiently, from enhancing advertisingefficacy to operational efficiency. As an Analytical Lead, you will lead dataprojects to evolve our clients digital maturity. You will work with ProductManagers, Sales Leaders, and Associates to create external-facing data solutionsand work with clients/agencies to help them adopt recommendations and make betteruse of Google data, reframing the relationship between consumers and retailers. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world''s biggestadvertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses andbrands. We enjoy a bird''s eye view on the massivetransformation occurring asadvertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We''re uniquely situated to helpshape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients onGoogle''s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help themconnect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. **Responsibilities**:Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks,develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trustto challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visuallyand verbally. Collaborate across teams to innovate, activate full measurement and attributionproduct capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industrychallenges. Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customersegmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement. Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation. SummaryBachelor''s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of analytical experience, working with data to identify trends. Experience working with SQL. Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
