USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

User Experience Designer - We will consider applicants with working and visible portfolio links only. Toric''s design is a growing team of passionate and highly collaborative designers. We are looking for a UX Designer to join us in creating a powerful data analytics platform to help people explore, transform, analyze, and craft stories and apps to deliver insights to everyone. In this role, you will help us shape the product-led experience and design product features for the data transformation, flow, and app editors. As a UX Designer, you''ll also be responsible for the features'' interaction, prototypes, visuals, research, and systems. Along with the product team and management, you will ensure that our solutions are valuable to our users by combining insights from customers and business needs into the product feature definitions. What you''ll do:Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for people using our products Liaise with other designers, engineers, product, and other teams from research and concept to implementation. Create customer journeys & flow, information architecture, workflow diagrams, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Work independently to conduct market research and gather information required to design product features. Independently engage directly with users and customers to gain a deeper understanding oftheir goals, validate design solutions, conduct quick rounds of usability testing, and incorporate results into the product features, design system, and your process. Clearly articulate design decisions, ideas, and usability gaps to internal stakeholders and team members. Key Qualification:4+ years of experience building and shipping products and features with broad scope for different platforms. Proven experience in delivering exceptional high-fidelity interactive prototypes to conceptualize experience design intent to varied stakeholders and senior management. Deep system thinker, able to optimize complex information architecture. Understand basic data concepts such as data types, databases, and analytics. Embrace ambiguity and synthesize stakeholders and research findings into insights and actionable steps. Demonstrated applied visual and interaction design principles. Good written & verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm to engage with quantitative and qualitative data. Works well remotely and in a highly collaborative environment. Familiarity with Design Systems and UI Frameworks. HTML and CSS skills. Proficient with visual design tools such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
