Job Title: Cluster Head Chef
Total Years Of Experience: MIN 7 to 8 Years
GCC Experience: MIN 2 Years
Years Of Industry Related Experience: MIN 7 to 8 Years
Education: Bachelors in Hotel Management
Skills: Fluent in English Communication is a must, other language is an advantage, Creative, Time Management Skills
Skilled Training Certifications: HACCP training
Age: Any
Work Location: Oman
Working Hours: 10 hours

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the three restaurants
- Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and take action where necessary to ensure compliance
- Responsible for menu planning, purchasing, health, and safety including food hygiene procedures.
- Recruit, Manage, Train, and Develop the kitchen team
- Maintain good communication and work relationships
- Resolve, promptly and completely, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas among Guests and Team Members
- Cost Control
- Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation for the property's restaurant.
