Rock the Brand Ambassador role, showing off our Brand Attitude and Values in everything you do.
Category Expertise & Brand Knowledge.
Impress even the pickiest shoppers with advanced product knowledge, especially in your focus areas.
Mentor selected team members on foundational and seasonal product knowledge to raise the bar for everyone.
Keep the store’s visual merchandising game strong and aligned with brand standards.
Efficient & Effective Store Operations.
Handle deliveries and merchandise quickly and keep shelves stocked so our top products are always on display.
Move through transactions smoothly and accurately, keeping the checkout line on point.
Help minimize loss both in the stockroom and the sales floor—think of it as a defence for team inventory.
Keep the floor safe and efficient, and pitch in where needed to support teammates.
Complete all training programs and seek coaching to elevate your game continually.

Skills You Bring to the Table.
At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused sports or fashion retail environment.
