Principais responsabilidades:
Gerenciamento de equipes: Liderar, motivar e gerenciar a equipe para atingir metas operacionais e KPIs.
Monitoramento de desempenho: Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, identificar áreas de melhoria e implementar estratégias para aumentar a produtividade.
Feedback e treinamento: fornecer feedback e treinamento regulares aos membros da equipe para apoiar seu desenvolvimento e sucesso.
Relatórios: Preparar e apresentar relatórios de desempenho à gerência superior.
Satisfação do cliente: Garantir altos níveis de satisfação do cliente por meio do gerenciamento eficiente da equipe e da resolução de problemas.
Requisitos:
Experiência: Experiência comprovada como líder de equipe ou função semelhante.
Proficiência em idiomas: Inglês avançado.
Formação acadêmica: Estar cursando ou ter um diploma de bacharel.
Metodologias: Sólidos conhecimentos de metodologias ágeis ou outras metodologias.
Qualificações preferenciais:
Conhecimento de plataformas de comércio eletrônico.
Experiência com análise de dados e métricas de desempenho.
