What will help you succeed.
Location Belo Horizonte (Mandatory) Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
English communication skill is a must (B1 or upper).
Strong knowledge on Operating Systems (Linux and Windows) deploy, troubleshooting, administration and support.
Solid knowledge of Networking and base protocols for system administration.
Configuration management and automation tools.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Previous experience in handling service requests and providing support to end users.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and resolve problems proactively.
ITIL certifications.
Experience with service management tools (e.
., ServiceNow, Jira).
Knowledge of software licensing rules for Microsoft through the EA contract, Adobe, Autodesk, and others.
