Ensure DTC sales order book and return order book can be processed timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities.
Order book management for own retail channel and eCom.
Make sure all the transactions in system stick to the adidas internal policy and procedures.
Make sure own retail orders for concept stores and factory outlets go through within several systems timely and accurately.
Processing the own retail store and e Com return orders, follow up special request from store are addressed.
Support the special return case from own retail store and eCom.
Follow up outside challenge case from own retail store and eCom, update critical case to supervisor timely.
Handle delivery issue case from store and eCom, provide training to own retail store or eCom staff for any system update.
Answer DTC channels/OMB questions on availability and order status.
Support own retail and eCom specific tasks, understand business request and can escalate or call out for critical issues.
Key Relationships.
Business Planning, Sales OPs, POPs, OMB Tech Global/Local Finance Planning & Deployment Demand Planning SCD Product Supply DC Stores Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Self-motivated and proactive Ability to communicate well with channels.
Team player Strong computer skills in Excel, PBI, SAP, Power Point Fluency in both oral and written English Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications.
College diploma or higher 3 –5 years of order processing, sales administration or customer service experience
