- Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou área relacionada.
- Experiência comprovada em gestão de vendedores/atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em e-commerce ou marketplace online.
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Habilidade de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico.
- Empatia e abordagem centrada no cliente.
