What you''ll doIn this role you will partner with the Renewal Management leadership team todeliver scalable enhancements to strategic business processes and analyses. Youwill work closely with Sales Leadership as a thought partner to support salesstrategy and medium and long term goals for the business. You will then lead theexecution of many of these initiatives, supporting them with ad hoc reporting andanalysis along the way. You will also help drive operational rigor, includingquota setting, fiscal year launch initiatives, and developing the KPI cadencethroughout the year. ResponsibilityDevelop a strong understanding of the DocuSign sales and renewals business, with afocus in North AmericaDrive key -run the business- functions such as quarterly quotas, rep onboardingand territory carving, and regular cadence of KPI reportingExecute projects to improve our go-to-market operations, such as quarterly quotaenhancements and territory and book optimization for the renewal management teamIdentify and provide recommendations on opportunities for business improvementthrough analytics, quantitative insights, and good business senseLead discussions involving cross-functional partners (CS Ops, Sales Ops, TerritoryOps, Sales, and FP&A) to drive alignment on key areas of focus for renewalsmanagementSupport annual planning process and workstreamsAssist with ad hoc requests and projects from the RM organizationWhat you bringBasicBA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceFluent in English - you will beworking daily with a team based in North America5+ years of analytical experience in strategic operational roles (such asgo-to-market operations, financial analysis, sales operations, managementconsulting)PreferredExperience designing and developing reports, metrics and dashboardsExperience working with renewals and/or customer success teams, with anunderstanding of metrics specific to these functions (churn, retention, etc. )Superior analytical skills, high degree of intellectual curiosity and selfconfidenceExperience working closely with senior sales leaders, prior exposure tohigh-growth work environments, and a strong understanding of SaaS business modelsand go-to-market principles are all highly desirableEffective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skillsComfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environmentResults-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyWell-developed ability to bring structured thinking into highly ambiguous andopen-ended problem situations, then drive to consensusProactive mindset and desire to continually evolve the way we use data to driveimpactful insightsExperience planning (capacity, performance) and deploying both business andtechnical initiativeLife at DocuSignWorking hereDocuSign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable forour employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
