Join the home for entrepreneurs!     Your role in our team You will perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
You will utilize measurement tools and equipment (e.
., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to conduct precise measurements.
You will conduct visual inspections to detect defects or deviations from specifications.
You will document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
You will communicate any quality issues to the production team and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
You will assist in the development and implementation of inspection processes and quality control procedures.
You will participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
You will maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all quality tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
You will follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
You will assist in training new employees on quality standards and inspection procedures.
You will collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues related to incoming materials.
You will support the Quality department team members in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
You will participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address recurring quality issues.
You will stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality inspection.
You will assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
Your profile You have a high school diploma or equivalent You have proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment Your Certification in quality control or inspection (e.
., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) is preferred.
Your technical training in quality inspection is preferred.
You have strong knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques.
You have knowledge of ISO or other relevant quality standards.
You have proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.
You possess strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
You have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
You have basic computer skills, including familiarity with quality management software and data entry.
