The Purchasing Manager ensures that the various departments have everything they need for business operations and, together with the F&B Operations Manager, takes care of admin procedures. Were looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel as Purchasing Manager (m/f/d). Job Description How does your working day look like Youll make sure inventories are optimally managed, and that the storerooms never in chaos. Youll help to draw up budgets, and keep a business-like eye on orders. Youll support various F & B projects, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from F & B or the stores is on leave. As a trained catering specialist youll never lose sight of the overall picture, even when one project follows on the heels of another. Your personality counts more than your CV Youve had professional experience in a similar role, and youre an artist when it comes to admin. You have fun trying things out and taking the road less travelled. Youre a whizz-kid at organisation, and your IT skills speak for themselves. Youre not just bringing your abilities, but also your character. What´s in it for you Only work 4-days a week as a full-time team member without payment or holiday reduction.
