Job Duties and Qualifications Requirements.
STEM Degree.
A completed degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics is required, providing a solid foundation for technical understanding and problem-solving.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a similar role is essential, demonstrating the ability to manage complex technical operations, including offshore assignments.
Key Responsibilities.
Review and align technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with sector representatives to ensure proposed solutions meet required standards and align with operational objectives.
Develop operational sequences.
Create detailed, step-by-step plans for operational procedures, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project requirements.
Conduct comprehensive risk analysis.
Identify potential risks in operations, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safety and project success.
Customer interface.
Serve as the primary contact with the customer, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment between client needs and project execution.
Specific Skills and Knowledge.
Required.
Proficiency in Openwells, ensuring accurate data management and monitoring of well operations.
Desired.
Familiarity with tools such as Wellcat, Wellplan, Casing Seat, Compass, Casing Wear, Stresscheck, and @Risk to enhance well planning and operations analysis.
