Control of holidays (communication), absences and leaving, and Increase and decrease of the personnel.
Support employees and Managers.
Give administrative training to employee (eg..

Control, correct and updating of the database (SAP).
Onboarding.
Labor Contracts, Amendments.
Focal point for ext.
rnal providers also supporting negotiations.
PCMSO control.
Employee benefits and support costs controlling, including management of PUMA.
Responsible for ISO and CMMI audits.
What will help you succeed.
Upper Intermediate English skills.
Intermediate Spanish skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in a similar position.
Basic knowledge of AFIP systems.
Being an Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets user.
