Main responsibilities.
Responsible for processes related to hiring, terminations, vacations, leaves, and benefits.
Ensure the maintenance and update of employee records in internal systems, SuccessFactors and SAP.
Monitor and resolve operational demands related to benefits, such as inclusions, changes, and exclusions in management platforms.
Support the development of analytical reports and internal controls, ensuring data integrity.
Propose continuous improvements in HR processes to increase efficiency and employee experience.
Responsible for providing support to employees on various internal demands and maintaining regular contact with approved suppliers.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related areas.
Experience in benefits management and supplier relationships.
Analytical profile, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience with management and control tools (e.
., Excel, SuccessFactors).
Organization, proactivity, and results-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
Differentials.
Intermediate English or Spanish.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
