Analyze credit card disputes and fraud cases, providing actionable insights to minimize chargebacks and fraudulent transactions Support the e-commerce team in optimizing credit card processing operations to reduce transaction failures and improve approval rates Ensure compliance with payment processing regulations and industry standards (PCI-DSS, 3DS, etc.) Advice on implementation of anti-fraud strategies, including verification processes and fraud prevention tools for online payments Conduct transaction failure analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement Help the team to collaborate with payment gateways and to troubleshoot issues and optimize integration performance What you need to succeed in this role.
Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) Proven experience in credit card dispute and fraud analysis for e-commerce Strong understanding of credit card processing and payment gateway operations (Stripe, Braintree, etc.) Knowledge of compliance management in payment processing, including PCI-DSS and 3DS Expertise in anti-fraud strategies and verification systems Experience working with chargeback management systems, fraud detection tools, and payment optimization Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus.
Certification in Stripe, or similar payment gateway specialization Benefits and Perks.
