MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL/CLINICAL TRAINEE – TEAM LEAD –ACT

This full-time position will be responsible for the direct administrative and clinical operations of the TriStar Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) in our Cosmos office.
This team covers Renville, Meeker, and McLeod County.
Job Duties.
1.
Ensuring that the rehabilitative services instruct, assist, and support persons with serious mental illness so that stability and functioning are maintained in the community and services are provided by qualified individuals.
2.
Continuous monitoring of ACT fidelity.
3.
Supervise and evaluate the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support and administrative supervisor to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients.
4.
Provide ongoing evaluations and therapy to ACT clients on an individual, family, and/or group basis.
5.
Be on-call every 4-6 weeks (additional pay).
