Develop and manage proper internal business operation systems to provide best support to Account Head to achieve KPI goals and understand regions/branches performance Key Responsibilities.
Operation Support account team for target breaking down into branches or stores Support for BLR POS target setting and maintains Follow reporting process to collect and provide regular sales performance e.

weekly performance, monthly L1 data and market competitor information through account team, Hana, or other resources Have effective communication with sales team to ensure all aligned strategy and plan are well communicated and executed Provide a consistent and reliable point of contact between account team and other functional team.
Provide supports to team in reporting, data management and analysis, future order management and admin Financial Support team’s SWB planning and management Manage internal and external process on customer rebate and other incentive program Ensure the internal process of all financial info and payment documents required by company Key Relationships.
Sales, OMB, BI Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Strategic Planning and thinking Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership High degree of integrity and loyalty Team player, demonstrating interests in training, coaching and motivating subordinates Business acumen Data analysis skills, planning skills, and modeling design skills Negotiation skills, communication skills, relationship management and empathy Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications.
Professional background / Experience Functional.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods company, ideally with wholesale focus Industry.
Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG Exposure.
Sports, marketing, trade marketing Education University degree in business with marketing and sales focus IT skills Microsoft.
advanced Capability to process big data through Power BI / Access / Power PT is a must MSTR Power User is a plus Language skills Native-level Mandarin and fluent English required
