Responsible for providing legal services to the country.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide legal advice and support to functional areas in the country regarding brand protection, data privacy, contracts, and foreign trade; Manage brand protection strategy and related litigation; Conduct local matters in accordance with the global IP and trademarks standards; Support and address data privacy matters locally, following the global governance structure; Assist the Legal Director in drafting presentations and general projects; Manage legal service providers in the country; Conduct budget control activities.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities.
Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained; Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl.
company policies and practices; Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc; Legal operation skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced department and manage tight timelines; Excellent communication skills; Seld-motivated; able to work independently and take initiative, but also a team play.
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications.
5 Years experience Fluent in English (mandatory).
