About the team We are a multidisciplinary LATAM team focused on growing the company and mitigating financial losses.
What you’ll own Operationalize chargeback disputes on scheme portals; Contribute to analysis of improvements in the construction of dispute documents; Provide training to new members and/or the third team (in English); Respond to requests from internal and external customers via sales force.
The position requires constant study of the rules for schemes.
