Job Title National Sales Manager - SALES:- Develop realistic and achievable quarterly sales objectives- Achieve annual gross revenue and margin targets as planned- Analyze sales, marketing and financial information to monitor achievement towardsales and margin goals. - Drive forecasting accuracy and predictability using Sales Methodology and SalesForce CRM- Staff the Sales Division and maintain communications with Sales colleagues sothat they operate efficiently within established Confidential policy and values. COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:- Provide input and instruction to all functions within Integra that supportongoing Neurosurgery sales channel development- Routinely interface with existing and potential key customers- Keep the sales and marketing teams promptly and accurately informed ofcompetitive activities, industry trends and products acceptance. - Lead Contract initiatives with his/her Teams for groups of hospitals or nationalGroup Purchasing Organization partners to secure top strategic positions- Develop rapport and positive business environments with an ever-increasingnumber of nationally recognized key customers in order to build the brand of theConfidential> O Participate in routinesales meetings directly related to increasingsales/profits- Represent the Confidential in amanner consistent with policy and procedure at allconventions and key customer gatherings- Align with our Integra core values- Close cooperation with Quotes and Tenders Teams as well as Customer Service andCommercial Operations**Qualifications**:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/orability required for this positionBachelors degree required. Masters/MBA degree a plus. 10+ years medical device sales experience, minimum 5 years sales managementTrack record of achieving exceptional sales resultsDemonstrated ability to build, develop and lead teams that produce resultsDeveloped successful strategic selling plans for new products and marketsegmentsExperience analyzing data and market trends to effectively developpresentations, provide both short/long term recommendations and accuratelyforecast revenueKnowledge of hospital and outpatient Confidential delivery models and demonstratedability to impact decisions resulting in new revenueAdept at managing hospital sales and contracting cycles for complex productportfoliosExceptional account management skillsHighly collaborative leadership styleDemonstrated ability to influence and motivate a wide variety of stakeholdersacross multi-disciplinary businesses and functionsStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsDisciplined approach to project management and decision makingField Travel 50%
