Provide secretarial support to the Plant Manager and other members of the seniormanagement team when appropriate. Administration for the site-s Operational Excellence activities such as anemployee idea management process and site metrics publication. Actively support and lead Employee Engagement activities such as trainingcoordination, teambuilding, celebration of calendar events and other funactivities throughout the year. Provide administration support to the site-s engineering team. HR Administration support for recruitment process and other duties. Travel coordination for staff and visitors when needed (hotels, flights, car hireetc)Meet and greet all visitors to the site in a highly professional manner. Organise catering for meetings and visitors when required. Credit card expense reconciliations. Event coordination, including training, social, teambuilding, presentations, etcEnsure confidentiality of sensitive information. Other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications**:QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/orability required for this position. Third level qualification in a business discipline or equivalent required. 2+ years- experience in this role / area or similarPERSONAL COMPETENCIESExcellent interpersonal and intergroup management skills and experience in adiverse and fast growing, multinational environment. Attention to detail, an ability to work on own initiative and to motivate others. Ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly to meet deadlines and changingbusiness needs.
