During the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization.
To support the supply chain team to in managing supply chain activities to maximize customer value and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
It is expected to develop and run supply chains in the most effective & efficient ways possible.
These include all areas including Procurement, Supply Chain Planning & Management, Inventory management, Logistics Operations & Optimization, Warehousing Management, Distribution & Transportation, and Import/Export & Customs Operation.
Key Responsibilities.
Support in inbound product flow management of adidas, different Fittings & Fixtures from factories, hubs & suppliers Collaborate with SCM functions, understanding the forecasted volumes and priorities, organizing and motivating all Distribution Center Staff to achieve on time delivery of all customers’ orders.
Support in updating inbound master file accurately and on timely manner based on Pre/Shipments Advise, 3PL updates through system portal, BIZAGI alerts, Trade Card & GT Nexus, ILTI and custom operations milestones to facilitate in planning and analysis Ensuring that adidas is in compliance with all the local requirements for importation.
Inbound to Warehouse- Shipping Instruction from all Origins for Product and POS material.
Customs Clearance – support in preparing the full diligence all related documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, COO & Translated docs) for Inbound and Outbound shipments to ensure accurate payment of customs duties.
Support in planning and coordinating the day-to-day DC Operations tasks.

Support in planning & coordinating Reverse Logistics tasks.
Returns to DC / store-to-store transfers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office.
Detailed-oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Flexibility and reliability Ability to work effectively within a team.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications.
Students in their final year of a university degree program majoring in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Engineering management/ Industrial Engineering, or relevant with a (minimum GPA of.
