Job Summary.
Support the team with the organization of internal and external events and trainings.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities.
Communication and planning of the organization's events and trainings; Conduct the execution process with event agencies, preparing briefings with the required demands and logistic plans; Manage training materials and training sessions, annual training calendar, and venue reservations; Work well with suppliers and clients; Performance in the execution of events; Planning of contests for events with clients; Alignment and teamwork with Sales and Marketing departments; This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.
Requirements.
Degree.
Administrative area, Advertising, or related Experience in communication Proficiency in MS Office / G-suite Desirable.
Proficiency in data manipulation.
