Title and Summary Director, Account Management Overview.
The Digital Partnerships team in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) is responsible for executing Mastercard's digital strategy with key digital merchants across multiple sectors, and technology partners.
In doing so, the team aids in the expansion of Mastercard's digital footprint in the region and drives transformational efforts for digital payments across 45 countries and territories.
The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a strong, mutually beneficial partnership with key digital partners.
The candidate will have overall responsibility for the development of an effective partnership, ensuring the adoption and use of MasterCard products and services, driving Mastercard preference, co-brand engagements, value-added services, and data insights.

• The successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of global business development and sales in the digital space, strategic opportunity identification and evaluation, establishing and executing partnerships and alliances, and managing and tracking performance.
• The lead will have direct end-responsibility for identifying, evaluating, negotiating and closing deals working alongside Finance, Legal, and Product teams, among others.
• He/She work closely together with other regions to share best practices, identify key needs, and emerging trends to conduct better partner engagement and continue driving innovation.
