CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ENGLISH WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS SECTOR.
WORK FROM TUESDAY TO SATURDAY ABOUT OUR CLIENT.
Provides international delivery solutions to companies around the world.
It has 12 offices worldwide and, with employees, serves more than 190 countries.
FUNCTIONS.
Assist customers with products and services.
Provide information on their shipments and help them make a decision on the service they will use.
Ensure that the customer receives the information about their request always on time.
Assist in the planning, installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade and disposal of a product.
Be coordinated and cooperate with the entire team.
REQUIREMENTS.
With demonstrable experience in similar position within the logistics industry.
University degree in a business related discipline or similar experience.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
Good to excellent knowledge of business in an international environment (where applicable).
Proven customer service experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work is accurate and maintained to a consistently high standard Good to excellent computer skills (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, CRM, etc.).
Be proactive.
Work as part of a team and in collaboration with other departments.
WE OFFER.
Type of Contract.
Eventual of 3 months (ETT) + Pass to company Schedule.
Tuesday to Saturday.
Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 3pm (39h/s) Modality.
Mixed (Coslada) Salary package.
20K + Commissions.
With demonstrable experience in similar position within the logistics sector.
