Controller Global Business Services (m/f/d)   The Körber IT and Procurement functions in the Körber Group have matured into global organizations providing.
You will be embedded in the Group’s Controlling organization to focus on IT and Procurement.
You will support Körber’s business growth agenda by providing financial transparency around key business functions across all planning and reporting processes with modern BI analytics tools.
Your focus will be on the Körber IT and Procurement functions who are providing consistent services to all Körber Business Areas as part of the Körber Global Business Service (KGBS) organization.
One top priority is the provision and optimization of state of the art souring information for Körber’s 1,5+ Bn EUR worldwide purchasing volume and support our competitiveness of our innovative products.
Another top priority is the development of functional cost in IT and Procurement.
Your role.
•    State of the art data management and group reporting o    Implement group wide reporting of functional cost reports with focus to sourcing and IT cost  o    Manage transition from decentral structured and managed data to a fit-for-purpose group sourcing cost and IT cost reporting based on today’s locally different ERP systems o    Enhance the use of recently implemented modern tools such as SAP Business Warehouse, SAP SAC as well as MS applications provided by Group Controlling o    Ensure data availability and data quality for procurement relevant data which is used for global value contribution activities such as cost-down and working capital measures •    Interactive Financial Planning and Analysis o    Support the annual budget process for Procurement and IT as well as financial projections and ad-hoc analysis with service owners and group category managers o    Provide monthly reporting of actual financials to Körber and to operative managers o    Develop and improve adequate KPI and report formats and set up easy-to-use standard reports for different stakeholders.
•    Reliable Financial management o    Closely cooperate with group accounting service and group category managers to ensure high quality financial reporting, forecasting and focused cost management o    Provide liquidity forecast and accruals based on your forecast reports.
o    Evaluate and track cost saving measures across the Group with reporting to key stakeholders o    Collaboration with purchasing controllers to develop further KPI landscape that is in line with current Procurement strategy  Your profile •    Successfully completed accounting studies or business administration •    At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling / Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within a Shared Services Center and/or a multinational organization  •    Experience with efficiency initiatives and/or business process improvement projects •    Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus •    Basic knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) •    Professional handling of the MS Office applications and Power BI •    Experience working with SAP (FI/CO/PS/SD) and SAP SAC and Business Warehouse architecture and usage •    Strong analytical skills and a meticulous way of working •    Structured process and goal orientation as well as a high level of responsibility   Your advantages •    A modern and dynamic international working environment •    Directly impact performance of a corporate and its competitive position from sourcing optimization •    The opportunity to put ideas into practice and work closely with decision-makers to build up a state-of-the-art and cost-competitive shared service organization.
