Continuous Improvement Manager, Digital - , a Empresa importante 500 manufacturer of industrial gases. We have enjoyed a long and successful history developing and implementing technologies for complex gas synthesis, separation, purification and liquefaction using a variety of techniques, including steam methane reforming, gasification, autothermal reforming, ammonia, CO2 capture, hydrocarbon cryogenic distillation, hydrogen and helium liquefiers, etc. Position SummaryWe are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager expert level in productivity and transversal digitalization. Must have experience working in different companies, business areas in South America. We are looking for a professional with experience in Continuous Improvement and digital transformation, ideally with experience in pricing projects. As a Regional Digitalization Expert, the person will act is a key member of the Digital Solutions Operations team identifying improvement opportunities and driving actionsto deliver improved performance of the company''s operations. As Continuous Improvement Manager he/she will be responsible number 1 for the digital transformation agenda in South America. As an Empresa importante data analytics expert, manager will be tasked with uncovering "quick wins," or additional revenue that can be generated through misalignment pricing or leakage, pricing and margin improvement. Qualifications/Skills- English proficiency:Advanced, 100% bilingual. - Spanish:Desirable- 5- 8+ years'' experience in productivity improvement projects, ideally including digital transformation projects. - Multi-disciplinary business experience including significant operational, commercial and/or financial experience. - Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. - MBA or post graduate degree desirable- High capacity & high interpersonal skills with strong influential leadership. - Excellent communicator. - Strong technical knowledge of data processing, data visualization and analytics. - Self-managing, proactive, with mínimal guidance. - Excellent analytical and decision making skills. - High ability to prioritize work, simultaneous tasks and time management.
