Provide operational support to the Communication Services South America team by managing payments, contracts, and suppliers, ensuring the efficient execution of processes in coordination with relevant areas.
Main Tasks.
Manage and process monthly payments to Communication suppliers in South America, including communication with suppliers, budget approval, creation of purchase orders, service sheets, and other SAP transactions, in coordination with procurement and finance departments.
Manage donation and sponsorship processes for the communication area in Brazil as needed.
Monitor and manage contracts with suppliers in Uruguay and Brazil, ensuring proper execution.
Review and send the daily news clipping to internal stakeholders.
Handle translation requests from the team with registered suppliers, update spreadsheets, and review translated documents.
Support the organization of media trainings for regional spokespersons, including coordinating with the media agency, contacting participants, and managing post-event payments.
Manage internal communication channels.
granting access to the intranet editor, updating images and content, and uploading news to BASF's global platform.
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements.
Education.
Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Communication or related field.
Work Experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in managing purchase orders and payment processes Language Skills.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Technical Skills.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
Basic writing and editing skills for assisting with presentations, communications, and reports.
Soft Skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, effective communication, organization, and attention to detail.
