Assist the DC manager in ensuring the smooth operation of B2C packing, continuously look for process improvements, and take the lead on special programs with full engagement.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead and manage the team to ensure every order is fulfilled with high efficiency by balancing manpower and pace, optimizing equipment capacity to meet or exceed delivery performance targets.
Well manage the team members, maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Take initiatives to collaborate with related departments to address outstanding delivery, financial, or operational issues, and promptly take action for problem-solving.
Lead the fulfillment of lean logistics concept and best practice in DC.
Training team staff to comply company safety policy to create a safe working environment.
Provide analysis reports as required.
Lead the team to achieve SLA (service level agreement)/ efficiency and cost target.
Peak event preparations and coordination.
Key Relationships.
Internal Stakeholders.
E-commerce, Order Book Fulfilment, Planning, Finance, Own Retail, Transportation Management, Procurement, Product Supply External Stakeholders.
Global SCM, Global Tech Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Fast learn ing and be able to perform under pressure.
Logical Thinking and willing to manage details and data.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Be proactive to business changes and able to adapt to changes quickly.
Fluent in oral & written English and Mandarin.
Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Supply Chain related departments, warehouse experience with automation or semi-automation is preferred.
