Support the senior manager/manager with all procurement-related tasks such as selecting the right product mix to the right stores, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets, and providing administrative support.
Budgeting & Forecasting & Allocation Drive the strategy and development of seasonal growth plans incl.
macro quantitative analysis via input form Retail Head and Buying Manager.
Develop pre-season financial plan by store at category level via input from Retail Head and align the sales mix with Buying Managers.
Develop the pre-seasonal merchandise plan reflecting Open to Buy (OTB) to drive together with Buying Manager, the definition of an optimal Intake Budget.
To synchronize, steer and own forecast in the market for by channel (ORT), business unit and margin.
To ensure given budget is invested to achieve targets by effective use of range planning in the market.
To review and implement right buying analysis by categories for ORT.
Work closely with demand planning team to submit the preorder on time.
Work closely with omnichannel team to achieve the company strategy and campaign.
Inventory control to meet the company target.
Plan preorder allocation by stores for achieving net sale target and meet the company strategy.
People.
Provide coaching & feedback to direct reports and foster their performance development Provide effective product support to Store Operations team Controlling.
Tracking of own KPIs
