About the role Buscamos um trainee de Amorista para Campinas (Vaga exlusiva para internos, com preferencia que seja de Campinas).
Key responsibilities Compor uma ampla gama de sabores, como misturas simples, extratos, emulsões e misturas em pó, para atender a solicitações de amostras e necessidades de projetos.
Realizar testes e análises físicas, químicas e organolépticas de sabores.
Trabalhar com o grupo analítico em projetos de correspondência de sabores.
Colaborar com o grupo de aplicações em projetos conforme necessário.
Treinar nos requisitos regulatórios e de rotulagem relevantes para sabores.
Apoiar aromistas seniores em vários projetos de sabores, tanto internos quanto externos.
Trabalhar com a equipe multifuncional para otimizar os pontos fortes da Kerry e oferecer a melhor experiência de Sabor e Nutrição para os clientes.
Participar de painéis sensoriais e outras oportunidades de desenvolvimento.
Manter o inventário de matérias-primas e suprimentos de laboratório.
Estudar continuamente e aprender os diferentes aspectos do desenvolvimento de sabores.
Qualifications and skills 0-3 anos.
Apoia a equipe de sabores com trabalhos de projeto conforme necessário.
Compondo sabores líquidos e secos.
Compreensão básica das Tecnologias Kerry e Aplicações EUM, Expertise Técnica, Pensamento Crítico e Influência, Compreensão Organizacional.
Preferencialmente Química (por exemplo, Bioquímica, Engenharia Química, Química Farmacêutica).
Bacharelado em Ciência dos Alimentos, Ciências da Vida ou experiência relevante na indústria de alimentos/sabores/ciências.
Experiência em ciência dos alimentos, experiência em laboratório, habilidades de olfato e paladar.
