Role DescriptionJ. P. Morgan is seeking Project Manager - VP to lead platform transformationprojects for the Wholesale Payments operations across multiple regions. The roleprovides opportunities to work on projects across Latin America Payments business. Accelerating Digital and Platform Services priorities. There will be significantexposure & visibility to senior management. This role is ideal for highlymotivated individuals with advanced problem solving and communications skills. The role will require working with stakeholders across the CIB, looking toleverage best practice across the industry and other J. P. Morgan business units. Lateral contacts in business, technology, operations, product and client facingorganizations firm wide would need to be developed and mined for best practicesand for driving outcomes. **Responsibilities**:Lead robust platform/systems migration across Latin AmericaManage LATAM Payments Platform transformation projects and related servicesincluding execution of business requirement, implementation and data analytics. Design and deliver best project management strategy to improve operationalexperience. Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to identify barriers preventingefficient change deliverables. Develop multi-year roadmap, detailed project plan, and milestone delivery acrossmultiple teams. Determine and consolidate metrics exhibiting progress against business benefits. Prepare senior management presentations highlighting progress against milestones,risks, issues, and any barriers requiring escalation. Ability to negotiate and influence senior partners and colleagues within theproject team and ensure a consistent collaborative approach. Functional and Technical ExpertiseDeep understanding of payments and collections platforms and operationalprocessing systems. Project Management experience in complex operational platforms with multipleinterfaces connected to different line of business. Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and skilled to learn and work withevolving methodologies. Business Requirements writing skills. PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills - able to create professional slides and structurepresentations with mínimal input and need for secondary review.
