Vertical Sales Manager - Your main role is to significantly increase revenues and market share in the assigned vertical and ensure coordination with Brazil Leadership, and the Corporate Headquarters located in Montreal. What your day will look like: Responsible for the business plan and strategy of the Group Vertical, presenting a proposed 3-year plan and strategic partners within 90 days for discussion and approval. Assist Brazil Sales Structure, develop and close business opportunities in your vertical across all Brazilian territory, and collaborate in conceiving, defining, developing, and implementing business, marketing, and sales plans and initiatives. Maintain existing business presence and leverage it in the Brazilian territory by communicating with the local sales team and Business Development team at headquarters, helping to create a Bank & Retail knowledge base for replication in other regions. Consolidate the Business Case for each planned vertical to promote coordinated events and replicate the business for other end users. Work closely with channel and Regional peers to achieve results as a team. Responsible for the relationship and results in assigned global accounts for the territory and collaborate in the region for other verticals. Generate demand by visiting large End Users presented by partners and showcasing Genetecs global leadership, technology, experience, and track record. Develop and manage strategic direct and indirect Systems Integrator channel partners in your territory. Manage forecasts and achieve objectives and quotas by tracking opportunities and maintaining the pipeline in the CRM. Follow the quoting process and assume responsibility for deliverables. Track and report competitive issues in the region. Monitor and report satisfaction levels from End-Users and Systems Integrators. Coordinate sales, technical, and operational training for End-Users, Systems Integrators, and Consultants. Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition. Stay informed about products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through literature and consultations with marketing and technical service. Assist Corporate and/or Regional Marketing with national or international initiatives in the group market. More about you: At least 5 years of sales experience with channels, end users, and regions, with a technical background in designing systems for complex integrated solutions, being responsible for sales quota and objectives. At least 1 year of experience in Bank & Retail sales, pre-sales, or business development. Fluent communicator in writing or face-to-face in both Portuguese and English. Availability to travel at least 2 weeks of each month and stay weeks or a month outside of town. Bachelor's degree in business administration or technology area. Ability to work in a complex sales environment at all levels with negotiation and closing skills. Fast and flexible strong sales response skills. Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Problem-solving and action-oriented skills. Strong ownership of the business and accountability attitude. Great if you have: A robust understanding of IP/IT/Communications technology and networking expertise. Desire to develop leadership skills to work in a small team unit as a sales leader responsible for cell development in a VUCA environment from the Headquarters in São Paulo. Spanish fluency to interact with the Latin-American team.
