Based in São Paulo, this person will report to the General Manager of New VenturesAnd help define and execute strategic initiatives in the Confidential space,Directly impacting the success of our New Ventures entrepreneurship. The role willInclude leading one of the strategic projects in the New Ventures department andUpport in the definition of the following short- Term and long- Term priorities forThe New Ventures team with a focus on Confidential and defining the best strategy toExecute them building from scratch, M&A, etc. We are looking for a creative andHands- On person, eager to Empresa importante on new challenges, build solutions from scratch andManage multiple workstreams. YOUR IMPACTMap and analyze the Confidential market in Brazil and the U. S; Understand the innovative business models and players; Analyse, prioritize, andquantify opportunities; Define the short- Term and long- Term strategy for Confidential in the Confidential market,Create an implementation plan, and execute; Lead one of the strategic projects in the New Ventures department, leading anExternal Confidential responsible for the development of the project while leveragingThe support of different internal teams. WHO YOU AREAn experienced professional with previous experience at Consulting firms withStrategy, Startups, and/or Product Management priority to the ConfidentialIndustry; Complete bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, orOther related fields; Strong communication skills in fluent English and Portuguese; Hands- On profile with an ability to work in teams; Able to manage differentprojects/workstreams at the same time; Able to design and implement metrics to allow data- Driven decisions; Flexibility to test and explore new opportunities with innovative thinking.
