Ux Writer Manager - You can work remotely from anywhere in BRAZIL, and have the option to be hybrid if you live in the Greater São Paulo area. The team is composed of 4 people:2 from the US, 1 from Brazil, 1 from Portugal. They are 2 women and 2 men. YOUR IMPACT Manage a team of 4 super talented UX WritersBe responsible for the UX Writing for all Gympass products, fostering and developing a cohesive language across the organizationBe hands-on with the team, using yours skills and experience to help them learn and grow; your time will be spent50/50 ? 50% management, 50% hands-onCollaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and product marketing managers to create a cohesive experience through wordsPresent and get feedback from senior leadership; you''ll also develop this skill in the teamEvolve our UX Writing and Product Design processes, bringing your vision on how designers and writers should work together to craft the best experienceCollaborate on the broader product vision, thinking about the future and making sure content plays a key role in it.
