Unified Communication Analyst - **Specific tasks & responsibilities**:- Operational Support for Skype for Business infrastructure, including both client and server troubleshooting and system administration- Processing of day to day operational tasks and requests for Skype services. - Supports Best Practice as required in line with corporate guidelines. - Follows Problem, Incident and Change Management Guidelines. **Primary Skills Required**:- Technical knowledge & demonstrated expertise in the major functions and features of software and hardware infrastructure for Skype For Business & Peer to Peer Voice- Experience in supporting Voice Service technologies (IVR, etc. )- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. **Nice to have skill set**:- Scripting (e. G. PowerShell) and process automation experience. - Expertise in Local Area Network and Wide Area Network technologies including Wireless, Quality of Service (QoS), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Virtual Private Network, Internet, etc. **Soft skill set**:- Proficient in English (Verbal & Written)- Good communications skills capable of translating technical information into simple terms- Team player and able to work in global team
