Technical Project Manager - Share People Hub in partnership with ABI Growth Group | AB InBev, search for a Technical Project Manager, to work in hybrid model in Campinas / SP. About ABI Growth Group ABIs Growth Division is the center of innovation and tech development within ABI, which is driving ABIs growth by developing innovations for the core beer business and creating new hyper-growth tech businesses. ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital. What you will do Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the teams ability to deliver against their commitments Communicate project status to all stakeholders Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives) Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions What you will need University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus) Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken) Ability to understand technical issues at a high level Proven experience with Agile projects Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment More about you You have a mindset agile and like to ensure quality You are motivated by building solutions You are creative when solving problems and are continuously seeking improvements for processes You can communicate clearly Experience with Agile methodologies (e.
