We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with Cloud Experience who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role, you will: Manage projects by defining and achieving project outcomes and meeting project key performance metric targets; Effectively manage product backlogs and steer development; Gather feature requirements from multiple stakeholders and groups; Effectively prioritize and champion the voice of the customer to achieve commercial outcomes; Take ownership of timelines and reporting; Utilize and apply knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing, and communications; Explore new technologies and assemble and manage product teams by working closely with the engineering team and stakeholders; Have proven experience in requirement gathering and the ability to interact with leadership and stakeholders, including SMEs; Write business requirement documents in a design-ready state for the development team; Work with thedevelopment team by creating and managing a product roadmap; Prioritize new features/development and ensure execution is completed; Produce visual prototypes and functional prototypes with agile approaches; Demonstrate flexibility by defining requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements and user acceptance criteria; Be responsible for day-to-day communications as the primary interface with upstream and downstream dependencies; Deliver User Guides and help manuals to end users; Translate product features into well-defined user stories and acceptance test criteria; Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for assigned products; Draft and iterate user stories in the product backlog with the scrum team; Manage epics,features, and user stories to be completed by delivery teams aligned to the products vision; Collaborate with the Product Management team on roadmap prioritization; Coordinate with the Tech Lead and Architects on priorities, approach, and delivery while driving alignment with delivery teams; Apply knowledge of cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, application programming interfaces (APIs), and enterprise cloud provider capabilities (e. G. , AWS, Azure, GCP); Engage in thoughtful, articulate, and persuasive verbal and written communication; Apply analytics and reporting tools to articulate metrics, insights, and opportunities. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent technical education/experience. Strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles. Excellent written and oral communication in English. Strong cross-team collaboration skills. Willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the software industry and product/program management, ideally shipping infrastructure components. Exposure to Cloud, Hardware, Deployment technologies, Data Analytics. Architecture skills in distributed systems and a great appetite for learning the foundational blocks of the Azure platform. Detail and results-oriented. Passion for execution with measurable results; focus on delivering impact. Outstanding interpersonal skills and passion for innovation. Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity. What do we offer?
