In this role, you will enhance team productivity and foster professional growth through effective mentorship, while implementing robust technical strategies to improve system stability and performance. **Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee the development departments workforce and initiatives. - Mentor and coach direct reports on professional growth and development. - Serve as the point of escalation for technical issues, critical projects, and key accounts. - Engage in pair programming with direct reports to foster skills enhancement. - Participate in technical recruiting efforts and conduct Hiring Manager interviews with applicants. **Must-Haves**:- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a technical leadership or management role. - A proven track record of leading development teams and delivering technical solutions. - Deep understanding of React/Next.
