In this role, you'll be the go-to person for client success, managing relationships, coaching your team of technicians, and delivering impactful automation solutions that transform businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing Client Relationships.
Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, working closely with CEOs and department heads to integrate automation and streamline their operations using HubSpot CRM and other tools.
Team Leadership.
Guide and mentor your team of technicians to ensure seamless project execution and professional growth.
Strategic Impact.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, then design and implement tech-driven solutions that free up their time to focus on growth.
Hands-On Problem-Solving.
Oversee the creation and optimization of automation workflows, ensuring systems are efficient and aligned with client goals.
What It Takes A natural talent for building relationships and understanding client needs.
Leadership skills to coach and motivate a high-performing technical team.
Expertise in automation, RevOps, and CRM systems (HubSpot knowledge is a big plus!).
