Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
Acompanhar o time operacional terceirizado para que os procedimentos sejam seguidos na íntegra, garantindo um ambiente colaborativo.
Assegurar as rotinas de segurança, manutenção e facilities, garantindo o melhor e mais seguro ambiente de trabalho aos funcionários.
Planejar e Controlar planos operacionais com foco na gestão de custos e produtividade.
Gestão dos controles de performance e dos principais KPIs de cada processo, garantindo o fluxo de governança nas reuniões e fóruns estratégicos.
Identificar as oportunidades de melhoria, trabalhando em projetos em conjunto com outras áreas da companhia.
Qualificações:
Possui formação superior completa em Logística, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, Gestão de Processos e de Produção ou similares.
Experiência na gestão de pessoas e de equipes operacionais, com foco em segurança, qualidade, engajamento e produtividade.
Conhecimento em Pacote Office e ferramentas google ( Sheets/ looker studio).
Ter disponibilidade para atuar em regime presencial em Cotia, no estado de São Paulo, numa escala 6x1, no horário das 12:00 às 20:20, mas com flexibilidade de horários para atuar das 04:00 às 12:20.
