Descrição da oferta de emprego
? Elaborar as análises de previsão, as projeções de volume e o número de
funcionários necessários para a operação.
? Participar das reuniões de rotina com o operador logístico, garantindo o
planejamento e a análise dos indicadores e o cumprimento do plano de ação
para a otimização e a reversão dos resultados.
? Colaborar para atingir o nível de serviço estabelecido através de planos
baseados em metodologias de análise de causa e na conexão com as outras
áreas.
? Assegurar o correto cumprimento dos processos de SVC e XD, prestando
suporte para o operador logístico e atuando em conjunto com as áreas
parceiras.
? Promover a melhoria contínua na operação, implementando projetos e
realizando comparativos com as outras operações e áreas.
? Gestão de qualidade, 5S, acompanhamento dos indicadores do plano de
desenvolvimento – PEL/PEX
