Rotina operacional, atuando juntamente com os outros team leaders, entregando todos os processos necessários e cobrados pela companhia, além dos KPI´S;
Controle dos indicadores e gestão analítica, realizando análises hora/hora da produtividade e também dos indicadores D-1;
Conciliar a gestão operacional junto com projetos colocando em prática o nosso DNA de beta contínuo;
Elaborar reuniões diárias com áreas parceiras com o intuito de buscar melhorias e ser mais ágil na correção dos desvios;
Desenvolver materiais vivos que possam enriquecer o conhecimento do time e realizar periodicamente treinamentos e reciclagem com todo o time;
Requisitos:
Possuir formação superior completa em Logística, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, Gestão de Processos e de Produção ou similares;
Ter experiência na liderança de equipes operacionais terceirizadas ou próprias de logística, indústria, varejo, distribuição, e-commerce e transportes em centros de distribuição, transportadoras ou indústria;
Conhecimento em ferramentas google sheets e excel a nível intermediário;
