Tax Manager Brazil And South Latam - As Tax Manager Brazil and South LATAM youll be responsible for tax matters in Brazil and South LATAM, and report to the regional tax lead for the Americas. You will be part of the Empresa importante Group Tax team of Signify, which spans a diverse Empresa importante network of over 35 professionals operating as one integrated, internal tax function for Signify businesses worldwide advising on transfer pricing, corporate income tax, and VAT. What youll doYoull be the expert of local Tax advice, focused on Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, andVAT. Youll deal with the Tax audits. Youll act as the Group Tax Brazil and South LATAM local contact regarding Tax projects of Signify. Youll oversee the formulation and execution of Group Tax strategy:Processes, policies, guidelines, risk control framework, monitoring, compliance. Youll assist the external service providers for tax returns, transfer pricing, and Tax Accounting. Your qualificationsYou will have graduated with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax law. You are an expert on Brazil and South LATAM tax regulations. You speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. You have at least 6 years of proven tax experience with the Brazil and South LATAM area.
